A gourmet tradition born on Mont Saint-Michel
For over a century, La Mère Poulard has been delighting travellers with its famous omelettes and delicious sweet biscuits. Originally, these sweet treats were prepared at the Auberge and offered to guests looking for a gourmet break after their ascent of Mont Blanc.

Such was their success that these biscuits, initially exclusive to the Auberge, soon became a much sought-after speciality well beyond the ramparts.

To meet the demand, production has expanded in Brittany, 30km from Mont Saint-Michel, while preserving the know-how and authenticity of Annette Poulard's recipes.
