Renowned for its hospitality, La Mère Poulard wanted to offer board and lodging to all travellers who came to the inn. Faced with the success of its omelette and the growing popularity of its historic inn, La Mère Poulard decided to acquire two real houses on the Mont.

La Maison Rouge, a magnificent typical house with its adjoining garden, and l'Ermitage, which was the last home of Annette herself (room 402 for the curious...). These houses will welcome you in 25 rooms, some of which open onto the bay of Mont, others onto the village or the Abbey.
